SHANDONG CHENZHONG KNC SERIES PUMP UNITS
Shandong chenzhong KNC series cementing units have been
optimized according to the performance at the field operated by
our own oilfield services company.
The advantages of the optimized units:

person can operate the whole unit well and effectively.

3. Easier maintenance and lower repair cost.

Shandong Chenzhong KNC Series Pump Material
1. Quality Control of the material: For the material requiring traceability,
besides ultrasonic flaw detection is made, metal spectrometer
imported from Germany is equipped to verify and test the material.
2. Equipped with metallographic analysis instrument: Metallographic
analysis is made and verified to the material specimen.
3. Magnetic Particle Inspection: For the rough machined parts, after the
heat treatment, magnetic particle inspection is strictly made.
4. Geometric tolerance is strictly controlled, such as the pump housing
and crosshead which greatly affect assembly precision. They are
produced by CNC machining equipment and verified and corrected
by coordinate measuring machine. The perpendicularity of the main
shaft hole of the pump housing and holes of three crossheads are
controlled within 0.02mm, thus solving the partial-wear problem of
the crossheads and piston or plunger.
The series manifolds will be designed and manufactured as per
API 6A , API 16C , API 5L , ANSI/ASME , and NACE MR0175. The
manifolds under KNC are featured by excellent working performance,
good interchangeability, high load-bearing capacity, high sealing
performance, and high reliability. All end connections are in English
system. They can be connected with international products,
meanwhile the prices are much lower.
Shandong Chenzhong KNC Piston Rubber, drilling mud pump. Features:
1. The raw materials are from Zeonex or DUPONT with high quality.With the complete rubber
test equipment, we can make the series testing of tensile strength, elongation, attrition,
elastic deformation, cold brittleness and aging resistance before the processing.
2. Advanced vacuum vulcanized-molding equipments ensure the good molding and
appearance quality of the rubbers.
3. Independent piston rubber test-bed. We arrange the devastating test to check the work
life of rubbers and comparative test with other rubbers domestic and overseas.
4. There are several forms like standard, high-temperature, low-temperature, high-oil base and
high-corrosion resistance to fit various kinds of work conditions.
The working life is 300 hours in normal operating conditions.
