Shandong Chenzhong KNC Series Pump Material

The pump material strictly conforms with the requirements of the drawing and API standards.

1. Quality Control of the material: For the material requiring traceability, besides ultrasonic flaw detection is made, metal spectrometer imported from Germany

is equipped to verify and test the material.

2. Equipped with metallographic analysis instrument: Metallographic analysis is made and verified to the material specimen.

3. Magnetic Particle Inspection: For the rough machined parts, after the heat treatment, magnetic particle inspection is strictly made.

4. Geometric tolerance is strictly controlled, such as the pump housing and crosshead which

greatly affect assembly precision. They are produced by CNC machining equipment and

verified and corrected by coordinate measuring machine. The perpendicularity of the

main shaft hole of the pump housing and holes of three crossheads are controlled within

0.02mm, thus solving the partial-wear problem of the crossheads and piston or plunger.

General introduction of KN-600/600S plunger pump KN-600/600S horizontal single acting triplex

plunger pump mainly consists of power end, gear reducer and fluid end. Gear reducer can be

installed on the left or right including seventeen (17) different installation positions, which is

featured with flexible installation position, easy maintenance, etc. Fluid end is forged of quality

alloy steel and fabricated by machining center with various plunger sizes. The pump is the

optimized choice for HP cementing unit, featured by good quality, large power, high pressure,

small size, light weight, etc.
