high pressure fluid control products.

SJ Petroleum Machinery Co. , the largest manufacturer of high

pressure fluid control products in China, has established a

complete quality assurance system for design, development,

and manufacturing, based on the design and manufacturing

technologies introduced from SPM and FMC in the 1980s and our

own continuous innovations for over 20 years.

The manifolds will be designed and manufactured as per API 6A,

API 16C, API 5L, ANSI/ASME, and NACE MR0175. The manifolds are

featured by excellent working performance, good

interchangeability, high load-bearing capacity, high sealing

performance, and high reliability. All end connections are in

English system. They can be connected with international

products, meanwhile the prices are much lower.

High Pressure Fluid Control Products

We have designed and manufactured unions, plug valves, swivel

joints, check valve, safety valve, choke valve, gate valve, integral

connections, and straight pipes 12 families and 168 types of high

pressure fluid control products which are widely used for drilling,

cementing, logging, oil testing, acidizing/fracturing, coiled tubing

and sand control, and offshore high pressure fluid control operations.

Combination Maniflods

Recently, more than 100 different kinds of various high pressure

combination manifolds has been further developed, which are used

for drilling, cementing, test, fracturing, coiled tubing , sand control

operations and offshore operations, such as, choke and kill manifolds,

mud manifolds, stand pipe manifolds, hose loops, wax bead manifolds,

high & low pressure combination manifolds, and wellhead test device,

with nominal bore ranging from 2" to 5", pressure rating from 3000psi to

15000psi(21MPa to 105MPa). Meanwhile, we can supply various

custom-made manifolds.

We has already supplied hundreds of complete set of drilling mud

manifolds, choke & kill manifolds, BOP manifold system, and cementing

manifolds for offshore rigs, modular rigs, and 3000m~9000m land rigs.

These products enjoyed good reputation among customers.

Swivel joints, with integral ball bearing, are manufactured on the basis of technologies from FMC, USA. Various

models of swivel joints and their repair kits are available, suitable for normal or low temperature, or H2S

environments, with sizes ranging from 1" to 4" and rated WP ranging from 2000psi~20000psi(14MPa~140MPa).

We can supply long and short radius swivel joints. Long radius swivel joints can minimize fluid shock, and has

better performance of resistance for scouring and erosion. We also need to use short radius swivel joints for

low pressure operation due to limited installation space.

► Patterns of swivel joint are made in NC machine tools, with even wall thickness and longer service life. Wall thickness

difference of inner and outer arcs can meet FMC standard.

► The three-ball-race design can bear heavy load stably, and ensure less vibration with variable load.

► All sizes of swivel joints can be interchanged with FMC equivalent products used in cementing and fracturing

equipment.

► Sealing parts made of synthetic rubber with release hole are fitted with blowout preventing metal ring. When sealing

parts leak, pressure will be automatically relieved. Safety performance is enhanced.

► Usually good lubrication can ensure that swivel joints work normally without much maintenance.

Plug valves, forged of quality high strength alloy steel, are low torque valves based on the technologies introduced

from SPM. 1",2"and 3" plug valves with rated working pressure of 6000,10000,15000 psi(42,70,105MPa) are available.

They can work in normal temperature, low temperature or H2S environments.

The model of plug valve available: SF42-1"×2" / SF70-1"×2" / SF105-1"×2"、SF42-2"×2" / SF70-2"×2" / SF100-2"×2" /

SF42-3"×3" / SF70-3"×3" / SF105-3"×3" ; rated: 6,000psi(42MPa)～15,000psi(105MPa) .

► End connections of plug valves with sizes in English system may be union or male/female thread (LP,TBG), and they

can be freely connected with products in international market; ► Maintenance and repair of valve body can be

done without removal, and no special tools are needed for removal; ► The plugs have very good sealing

performance; ► Visible: There is a visible positioner where we can see if valve is open or closed. Brake spring will limit

the position of valve; ► 3"hand wheel opener is suitable for opening in low temperature. Valves can be opened

freely and flexibly.

Check valves are mainly used for high pressure applications and workover equipment. They are usually installed in high

pressure pipelines for preventing fluid flowing back. When fluid is pushed back, a retainer plate will automatically close.

Check valves, forged of high strength alloy steel based on US technologies, are fitted with unions on both ends for easy

dismantlement. The retainer plate inside sulfidized with Buna-N has a good sealing effect and a longer service life under

high pressure, for conventional or H2S environments.

The model of check valve available: D×F70-2"×2" / D×F105-2"×2" / D×F70-3"×3" / D×F105-3"×3" ;

rated: 10,000psi(70MPa)～15,000psi(105MPa).

Safety valves are overpressure protection devices for protecting personnel and equipment, and usually installed in HP

operation line for cementing/fracturing pumps, pressure vessels and other equipment under HP and high

displacement. The preset pressure value ranging 5000psi to 15000psi(35MPa to 105MPa) is adjusted through the top

nut. When pumping pressure or operating pressure exceed the preset value, the safety valves will automatically open

for pressure release. While the pressure is less than the preset value, they will be automatically closed.

The model of safety valve available: AQF02-105 / AQF02-42 ; rated: 6,000psi(42MPa)～15,000psi(105MPa).

► Construction, connecting mode and size are same as SPM equivalent products;

► The butterfly spring inside can realize opening/closing of valves, therefore safety valves can protect people and

equipment without shutting down relevant equipment. They are more reliable than shear type safety valves.

We can provide various hammer unions based on the introduced technologies from SPM, including thread

connection type, welding type and H2S service unions. 1"~4" and CWP of 1000Psi~20000Psi(7MPa~140MPa) unions are

available. For easy identification, unions with different pressure ratings will be painted in different colours, and there are

evident marks indicating size, connecting mode and pressure ratings.

Reliable Sealing performance

Seal rings are made of quality rubber compound which greatly enhance load-bearing capacity and sealing performance and protect connectors from erosion.

Different pressures and applications have different sealing method.

Fast Installation

Wherever they are, wing nuts and rigid ACME will ensure quick installation or dismantling without special tools.

Highly Interchangeable

All unions are made in English system, and can be interchanged with products in international market. Seal rings are fully interchangeable with SPM or FMC

equivalent products; Marks of size and pressure in wing nuts are formed in die-forging model, same as international products.

Advanced Machining and Inspection Method

Spherical adapters machined by precision NC machine tools and LP thread machined by special cutting tools can ensure high sealing performance; Wing nuts

machined by NC machines have high strength and load-bearing capacity; Welding materials and welding grooves conform to API 16C; Unions for sour gas

environment are strictly manufactured to NACE-MR0175 and API RP-14E.

High pressure straight pipes have four different types: pressure seal, non-pressure seal, integral type and welding type.

We can provide 1"~4" and 1000psi to 15000psi(7MPa to 105MPa) straight pipes. 1m,1.5m,2m,2.5m,2.8m long integral

straight pipes are available. We also provide HP straight pipes with other sizes and pressure ratings as per customers'

requirements.

We provide series of high pressure integral fittings and welded fittings, including Wyes, Elbows, Tees, Crosses, Laterals and Fishtails, with sizes ranging from 2" to 4"and pressures from 3000psi to 20000psi(21MPa to 140MPa). The integral connections made of high strength alloy steel are all heat-treated to enhance load-bearing capacity and lengthen service life. They may have union ends for easy connection with various cementing or fracturing equipment, or have a welded end connector which is designed as per API Spec 6A.

Crossovers are used for connection between different size or thread pipes. They are forged of high strength alloy steel, and machined by NC machine tools. We can provide various types of crossovers as per customers' requirements.

Choke valves are mainly used for flow and pressure adjustment in HP pipelines. We provide two types of choke valves: fixed and adjustable.

The adjustable choke valves can be divided into needle, plunger and orifice plate type. They can be manually or hydraulically operated,

and conform to API 6A and 16C. Flow and pressure can be adjusted through changing fluid passage section by cone surface of needle type

valve bar, vertical movement of plunger or rotation of orifice plate. We can provide fixed or adjustable choke valves with sizes of 2"&3" and

pressures of 5,000~15,000psi(35~105Mpa).

► Flow adjustment is indicated on a measuring scale; ► Carbide alloy is embedded into cone head of valve bar and flow nipple, and

plunger and orifice plate are made of special metal. Thus service life will be longer; ► Indicated flow and end connecting mode

(union or flange) are same as products in international market; ► Fixed flow nipple in English system can be interchanged with other products.

Gate valves are mainly used for control of fluid flow in drilling well control system and drilling fluid manifolds (such as,

kill manifolds, choke manifolds, mud manifolds and standpipe manifolds).There are two types of valves: visible and

invisible bar type. They can be manually or hydraulically operated.

The model of plate gate valve available is as follow:2-1/16" 2-9/16" 3-1/8" 4-1/16",

rated: 5,000psi(35MPa)～15,000psi(105MPa).

► Low opening torque is needed while under pressure; ► End connections are flange, thread or union , and meet

the requirements of API; ► Valve plates and seats have high hardness and good wear-resistance performance;

► Valve is an integral forging with high strength, load-bearing capacity and long service life, and suitable for sour

environments including offshore drilling operations.

Combination of various high pressure fluid control products can produce many different purpose manifold devices: such as drilling fluid manifolds (pump

combination manifolds, ground manifolds and standpipe manifolds), well control manifolds(blowout prevention manifolds, choke manifolds and kill manifolds),

cementing manifolds, discharge manifolds for pump trucks, high and low pressure combination manifolds, ground test manifolds (wellhead control head, bit

manifolds , flow nipple manifolds,distribution and discharge manifolds,oil dividing manifolds and air dividing manifolds) and wax bead manifolds,etc.

We have rich experience in design and manufacturing of manifolds. We have designed and made scores of manifolds, such as,

complete set of drilling hydraulic manifolds, well control manifolds and cementing manifolds for 6000m offshore and land rigs.

Our manifolds are widely used on various land/offshore rigs, cementing and fracturing equipment. We not only provide

standard manifolds, but also special combination manifolds as per customers' requirements to guarantee your satisfaction.

It can work in sour environments with H2S, and its colour is often grass green.

These products are all manufactured to API 6A (PSL3 and PSL4) and API 16C.The heat-treatment process strictly

conform to NACE-MR0175 and API RP-14E, and materials are in accordance with NACE,MR0175,ASTM and AISI.

All sealing parts are made of special buna-N which will not crack at -29℃, with extremely good performance against

H2S and sealing performance and longer service life.

The 2" & 3" integral straight pipes, plug valves, integral connections and welded unions are in good condition in sour

environments, and are highly appraised by customers.

KILL MANIFOLDS

Kill Manifold are key equipment to carry out the pressure control in the oil/gas well. It's used for pumping heavy drilling fluids into the

well for bottom hole pressure balance, and for releasing bottom hole pressure; It's also used for injecting water to wash well or for

injecting extinguishing agent.

The choke manifolds manufactured by our company conform to API Spec 16C and NACE Standard MR0175. We can design and

make this product according to users' requests.

DRILLING FLUID MANIFOLDS

Drilling fluid manifolds are to collect drilling mud discharged from mud pumps, then mud will be delivered to downhole

and mud guns, via pump combination manifolds and high pressure stand pipes. Thus drilling mud can be circulated in

both ways. Various mud manifolds for various rigs are available here.

Material for mud manifolds conforms to API 5L/GB8163-99, and piping will be designed as per ASME B31.3.

CEMENTING MANIFOLDS

Cementing manifolds, are used to deliver cement slurry output from cementing pumps. Low operating torque,

easy and flexible operation in normal and low temperature. Working performance and connecting sizes are

the same as SPM, FMC products.

The cementing manifolds are manufactured as per API 6A, NACE MR0175. SJ can provide custom-made

cementing manifolds.

HIGH PRESSURE GROUND TEST UNIT

High pressure ground test units ,indispensable to formation testing and oil testing, are mainly composed of wellhead

control head, floor manifolds, flexible manifolds, safety valve, upper data head, flow nipple manifold, lower data

head, air dividing manifolds, and distribution and discharge manifolds. Parts, with good interchangeability, are

made on the basis of introduced technologies from SPM and FMC.

All parts are made of material approved by SPM and heat-treated accordingly, and the unit should pass

hydrostatic pressure test under maximum working pressure rating. This unit is featured by small footprint and

lightweight, and it is easy for transportation. All control valves are low-torque plug valves and gate valves, and

manifolds are connected by unions or flanges which are easily connected and interchanged with other products.

Wellhead test units, widely used in drilling and workover operations, can effectively control well kick, and are used for

well test control and wellhead test. And its floor manifolds can be used for cementing and acidizing operations. They

are often made up of floor manifolds, control head(up-holding or down-holding type) and hose loops.
